    1. Activate the entities offline, your app uses. When you create an app, most entities are already offline. In create.powerapps.com settings you can make sure, that all custom entities are allowed for offline mobile applications.
    2. Visit the Power Platform admin center. Create a mobile offline profile.
    3. Register users, to access the app offline in profile
    4. Activate the app for “Mobile Offline” and assign the profile to your app

    The special thing about PowerApps is, that you are filtering data, sort by, aggregate, insert or edit, that are permanent. It does not matter, from which source the data originates, whether it is a SQL database, a SharePoint list, is a Common Data Service entity or locally stored data. If you process offline data, local connections are the first method, that PowerApps offers.
